Q: Do you offer free shipping?

No. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Costs are high right now so we do not offer free shipping on any order.

Q: How long does shipping take?

In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Pre-order items ship 2-3 weeks after the pre-order window closes.

Q: Where do you ship from?

Adelaide, Australia. Stickers, banners, and most garments are printed in-house here. Some garments are made to order through a print partner in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Q: What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy from when you receive the item. It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Contact info@clubhouseworks.com.au to start a return. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Q: Can I return a made-to-order item?

No. Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

Q: How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Q: What sizes are available?

S to 4XL depending on the garment. Size charts are on each product page as well as all size options available for that garment.

Q: How do I look after my printed garments?

Make sure you wash all your wearable garments before use, some have a pre-treatment on them that can stain in the sun if you don't wash before wearing.

Thryve Media is a rising automotive media company based in the Adelaide Hills, specialising in high-quality photography and videography that celebrates car culture. The photographer behind Thryve, Ed Eastwood, first picked up a camera over 10 years ago, focusing on nature and wildlife. After an extended break, he returned to the craft two years ago with a fresh passion for automotive and modified car photography.

Today, Thryve Media is focused on creating dynamic visuals for private car owners, motorsport events, and commercial clients. With a growing emphasis on videography alongside stills, they capture everything from raw track action to lifestyle shoots that showcase cars in their natural environment.
