Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Packaging
Where possible, Clubhouse Works uses reusable eco-friendly packaging to help reduce waste and lower environmental impact. We encourage customers to reuse the original packaging for returns where practical.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Clubhouse Works is not responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees associated with returned international orders.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@clubhouseworks.com.au.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalised or made-to-order products
- Certain accessories and specialty items where required for safety or hygiene reasons
