Do you offer free shipping?

No. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Costs are high right now so we do not offer free shipping on any order.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Pre-order items ship 2-3 weeks after the pre-order window closes.

Where do you ship from?

Adelaide, Australia. Stickers, banners, and most garments are printed in-house here. Some garments are made to order through a print partner in Brisbane and Melbourne.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy from when you receive the item. It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Contact info@clubhouseworks.com.au to start a return. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Can I return a made-to-order item?

No. Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

What sizes are available?

S to 4XL depending on the garment. Size charts are on each product page as well as all size options available for that garment.

What sizes do the hoodies come in?

S to 3XL. Size charts are on each product page.

How do I look after my printed garments?

Make sure you wash all your wearable garments before use, some have a pre-treatment on them that can stain in the sun if you don't wash before wearing.

Washing and drying instructions?

Make sure you turn garments inside out, wash in cold water and wash with similar colours. Hang dry only, do not tumble dry, this can affect the durability of the print on your garment and over time it will fall off the garment. No direct sunlight.
